Revere Subdivision

We’re proud to be wrapping up our work at Revere, an exclusive 10-lot residential development inside the Beltline in Raleigh, just off Lassiter. The project is being developed by Lloyd Builders , and we’re working directly for ST Wooten as their utility partner on the job. Inside-the-Beltline projects come with tight corridors, existing infrastructure, and very little room for error — exactly the kind of environment our team is built for.
Carolina Civilworks is handling all water line, sewer, and storm drain installation for the development. We’ve completed the full sanitary sewer scope, which included an offsite tie-in along Toxey Drive and an aerial crossing over the creek that runs behind several of the lots. Storm drain is nearing completion, highlighted by the installation of a triple barrel precast underground detention and sand filter system that treats all stormwater on site. Rather than using a traditional surface BMP, the system is entirely underground, preserving valuable lot space and maintaining the aesthetics of the neighborhood. The installation required a significant excavation and coordinated crane picks to set the precast structures — a scope that demands both experience and the right equipment to execute safely and efficiently.
We self-perform 100% of the utility work on this project, from deep sewer to storm drain to water line. We’re proud to play a role in a project of this caliber alongside Lloyd Builders and S.T. Wooten. Revere is shaping up to be a first-class development, and it takes a strong team across the board to execute work like this the right way.
