We are looking for a Project Engineer whose responsibilities would include the following:

• Must be able to work as part of a project team.
• Manage and compile submittals for multiple projects.
• Work with a project team to develop construction schedule.
• Assist with project team on preconstruction activities such as project buy-out, subcontracts, purchase orders, ordering material, etc.
• Perform quantity take-offs and estimating.
• Responsible for various tasks on several concurrent projects and must be able to follow these tasks through to completion within the allocated period of time and the monetary budget assigned.
• Review plans and specifications for compliance.
• Produce field drawings using Autodesk.
• Attend client/business meetings.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• At least 2 years of experience in water/wastewater, drainage, and/or site/land development projects.
• Must have working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Primavera, and Autodesk.
• Must be able to balance multiple work assignments on multiple projects at the same time.
• Preferred candidates likely to be methodical, precise, and consistent, while enjoying some variety in work schedule and tolerant of change as work demands.
• Process-oriented individual with strong organizational and technical skills.
• Solid communicator with strong writing and verbal skills, able to take and understand directives from PM and coordinate efforts with design team.
• Technically competent, a team player and good communication ability.
• Must be self-motivated and work independently to complete work assignments but also able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.

The employee in this role performs entry level work in the general repair, construction, and maintenance of Water/Wastewater systems.

Laborer Role/Responsibility:

Performs entry level work in the maintenance, repair and replacement of machinery and equipment in water and/or wastewater pump stations/treatment plants and storage tanks. In this position, you will complete a variety of construction tasks. It will be your job to ensure that those tasks are completed as efficiently and effectively as possible. The work that you do each day can change based on our needs. But you should expect to spend some time working in a Wastewater plant setting using different power tools and assisting with heavy machinery. Hands on experience with equipment installation such as, clarifiers, diffused aeration, submersible pumps, vertical turbine pumps, sluice & slide gates, UV disinfection, grit removal equipment, and chemical feed equipment is preferred but no required. Experience bolting of flanged ductile iron piping, heavy equipment operation is desired. Ability to read and understand blueprints is desired but not a requirement. Must be drug free. OSHA trained in trenching/excavation/confined space. We will provide training if proof of training is not available. Competitive compensation based on skill level.

The employee in this role performs entry level work in the general repair, construction, and maintenance of Water/Wastewater systems. Requires a valid driver's license, a reliable form of transportation, 0-6 months of applicable experience, drug testing, and a background check prior to employment.

We are hiring for a pipe layer. Must be able to setup pipe laser, set bedding in ditch, be familiar with laying PVC, DIP, and RCP Pipe. Ability to lead other team members. Must be drug free. OSHA trained in trenching/excavation/confined space. We will provide training if proof of training is not available. Competitive compensation based on skill level. We are hiring for heavy equipment operators for a pipe crew. Must have experience operating track excavators of all sizes. Must pass a drug screen. Must direct and coordinate work with other crew members. Be proficient to complete preventative maintenance. Must have received OSHA training for trenching/excavation, confined space, and first aid.
