Carolina Civilworks Inc. is a Raleigh based site development and utility contractor combining decades of experience between management and field personnel in central and eastern North Carolina. We specialize in all types and sizes of water, sewer, and storm drain installations and repairs. In conjunction with our utility services, we also offer turn-key site packages for new commercial, residential and mixed-use projects. CCI is unique in the fact that we can and have worked for always any type of client imaginable. That includes, but is not limited to municipalities, counties, public and private utility companies, developers, home builders, universities, general contractors, site contractors and even individuals.
